Reflecting on Croft’s first World Quality Week

Croft celebrated World Quality Week for the first time towards the end of 2025, with the year’s theme titled “Quality: think differently”. The Croft Team competed throughout the week to win points by answering daily quizzes and getting involved with quality-themed activities.

On World Quality Day itself, Croft’s QA Team also organised The Quality Olympic Games which saw 3 mixed department teams compete in several construction-based challenges and a quality quiz! With limited resources and time, the teams had to think in new ways and use their skills to address each challenge.

The theme of World Quality Week highlighted the importance of adaptability, whilst maintaining quality excellence, to support continuous improvement, innovation and build resilience, and Croft looks to continue to build on this in 2026.
