Croft welcomes our new Chief Executive Officer Laurence Savage

Croft is pleased to announce the appointment of our new Chief Executive Officer, Laurence Savage, a seasoned leader with more than 34 years of experience in the nuclear industry.

Bringing a strong foundation in physics and radiation and environmental protection, Laurence began his career in health physics before progressing through various technical and leadership roles in major nuclear projects with international partners. Over the course of his career he has built deep expertise across licensing, regulatory engagement, and large-scale transformation programmes, consistently delivering complex projects in highly regulated environments and cultures.

With a track record of leadership across nuclear companies and major projects, Laurence combines technical depth with strategic vision.

As CEO, Laurence will focus on strengthening our commitment to safety, innovation, and sustainable growth, while guiding the organisation through its next phase of our development in radiopharmaceutical and nuclear markets. He will be pivotal in developing and maintaining strategic relationships and instrumental in advancing our mission and delivering long-term value for our customers and stakeholders.
