Croft welcomes James McLaughlin to the team as our new Licensing Engineer

Croft is delighted to welcome James to our Licensing Team. James joined Croft in June following the completion of his MEng in Mechanical Engineering, and is an Associate Member of the IMechE.

During his internship with Croft last summer, James contributed to a range of licensing and design projects, gaining valuable insight into the nuclear transport industry, whilst also developing a process to calculate the embodied carbon of packages to support Croft’s future sustainable development.

James brings experience in design and manufacturing, having delivered a complete composite aerodynamic package for his university’s Formula Student team as part of his final-year project.

Croft welcomes James back to our Licensing and Design Department, where he will support the licensing of new and existing products across our range. As part of his role, he will also continue to develop his technical expertise while working towards Chartered Engineer status.
