Croft is delighted to welcome Iain Phimister as our new Head of Engineering and Consulting

Iain joined us at the start of April, bringing with him 16 years of expertise in the nuclear industry. Iain is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and holds an MSc in Safety Engineering.

A highly capable multidisciplinary engineer, Iain has extensive experience across engineering management, design, licensing and safety case development. His background spans nuclear plant, waste packaging and radioactive materials transport. He previously served as Director and Chair of the UK’s Transport Container Standardisation Committee. Iain joins us from Nuclear Waste Services where he led engineering activities for the UK’s geological disposal and higher activity waste management programmes.

We are excited to have Iain on board and look forward to him strengthening our engineering capability and supporting Croft’s continued growth and excellence in consultancy services.
