We carry out and support the Letter of Compliance disposability assessment process undertaken by Radioactive Waste Management Ltd (RWM).

Obtaining approval from RWM, a subsidiary of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA), is a prerequisite to packaging radioactive waste destined for disposal at the planned Geological Disposal Facility in the UK.

We have worked with RWM for over 25 years. We have considerable experience in determining compliance with RWM specifications and in designing waste packages which meet RWM’s requirements; we have also received a number of Letter of Compliance approvals for our packaging designs.
