Croft attended the 3rd UK-Japan Nuclear Decommissioning Workshop, 28-29 September 2015, at the British Embassy in Tokyo.  The event was hosted by UK Trade & Investment who are actively looking to promote UK companies and expertise, in particular to help with the clean-up of Fukushima Daiichi which was damaged by the Great East Japan Earthquake and subsequent tsunami.

Clive Beattie the Croft CEO said “It was a privilege to have the opportunity to present at the Workshop and to explore how we could work with industry participants and government bodies in both the UK and Japan to assist in the clean-up and decommissioning of Fukushima Daiichi. We have considerable experience in the UK developed over many years at planning and implementing systems and strategies for radioactive waste management that are safe, efficient and provide value for money. We look forward to providing our expertise and services in an ongoing collaboration with all involved.”
